Our Process for Wholesale Orders
Gaja Hemp offers a wholesale sourcing service, connecting designers and brands in the UK with quality Himalayan hemp fabrics. Each order is made to order in Nepal, with production and shipping coordinated and overseen at source, before being delivered directly to your door in the UK.
Orders are collected and produced twice a year:
Orders received by end of Jan → Production Feb-Apr
Orders received by end of Aug → Production Sep-Nov
Delivery
Once production begins, fabric typically takes around six weeks to arrive in the UK
Minimum Orders
100m medium-weight fabric
50m thick fabric
If you would like to combine fabrics to reach the relevant minimum order, please get in touch to discuss the available options.
Availability
As fabrics are produced to order, availability can vary. We'll always confirm current availability and specifications before your order is finalised.
Physical swatch books can be delivered from within the UK, so you can see and feel the fabrics before committing.
Designer Network
As part of our wholesale service, you're welcome to list your brand on the Gaja Hemp website to promote your work and connect with other designers using Himalayan hemp.
